This form is completed as part of a Droughtless service or pilot agreement. It designates the person who receives irrigation system alerts by text message for an enrolled property. Keep a signed copy with the agreement.

Text Alert Service Description

By providing a mobile phone number and signing below, the recipient agrees to receive text messages from Droughtless containing operational irrigation system alerts for the enrolled property — such as a missed scheduled irrigation run, a suspected leak, or a sensor fault. These are operational alerts only; Droughtless does not send marketing or promotional messages through this service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies with system activity — typically a few messages per week or fewer. During the initial calibration period, occasional additional alerts may be sent.

Rates, Help & Opt-Out

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving alerts — opting out does not affect the property's enrollment, and an alternate recipient can be designated.
